Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

All new electric vehicles purchased from VoltEdge Motors come with the manufacturer's warranty as described above. Warranty periods commence from the date of first registration.

2. What Is Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
• Battery capacity degradation beyond the specified threshold.
• Electrical and electronic systems failures due to manufacturing defects.
• Structural and body corrosion under normal use conditions.

3. What Is Not Covered

• Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or negligence.
• Normal wear and tear (tyres, brake pads, wiper blades, etc.).
• Damage due to unauthorised modifications or non-OEM parts.
• Cosmetic damage not related to a manufacturing defect.
• Battery damage caused by using non-approved charging equipment.
• Damage due to natural disasters, floods, or fire.

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim:

• Contact VoltEdge Service at +91 800 123 4567 or service@voltedgemotors.in.
• Provide your vehicle registration number and purchase invoice.
• Schedule an inspection at the nearest authorised service centre.
• Our technicians will diagnose and confirm warranty eligibility.

5. Extended Warranty

VoltEdge Care+ extended warranty plans are available at the time of purchase or up to 30 days after delivery. Plans extend coverage up to 10 years and include roadside assistance and annual check-ups. Contact your sales advisor for pricing.

6. Warranty Transferability

The warranty is transferable to subsequent owners of the vehicle for the remaining warranty period, provided the transfer is registered with VoltEdge Motors within 30 days of the ownership change.
